Ich steige um. Die Updategebühr ist eigentlich recht günstig. Außerdem lohnt es sich für mich, da ich bisher eine günstige Studentenversion habe und nun ohne große Zusatzkosten auf eine Normallizenz wechseln kann.

Ich finds dreist ... ich hab vor einem Monat noch eine TheBat v1 Version gekauft für einen Freund und er darf jetzt dennoch die Update Gebühr blechen. Einfach nur dreist.

Ich kann jedenfalls auf der HP keinen Verweis finden, das solche Personen kostenlos updaten dürfen.

Dumm gelaufen. Einen rechtlichen Anspruch auf kostenlose Updates hat Dein Freund jedenfalls nicht.

Ich habe mir die 2.0 mal kurz angesehen, meine Mails von Pegasus importiert. Das einzige was ich an The Bat besser finde als an Pegasus ist die Geschwindigkeit beim Arbeiten mit vielen Emails (hatte 77k Emails importiert). Aber von den sonstigen Features her - was soll da besser sein als Pegasus?

Eigentlich alles wink.gif War auch vorher Pegasus User. Aber wenn man eine vielzahl von EMails, Konten (sprich unterschiedliche Adressen/Profile) zu verwalten hat, dann ist TheBat! einfach unschlagbar.

Außerdem ist die HTML Unterstützung besser gelungen als bei TheBat! und auch die Filterfunktionen sind IMHO bei TheBat! flexibler.

Ich persönlich möchte nie mehr zu Pegasus zurückkehren. smile.gif

Du, das sieht genauso aus wie vorher. Nicht ohne Grund hat Stroud sinngemäß "beauty lies within" geschrieben. Änderungen gab es fast ausschliesslich "unter der Haube".

@wizard: die HTML Funktionalität ist doch genau das, was Stroud bemängelt hat. Ist Dir da bereits etwas (negativ) aufgefallen?
