CPU Auslastung 100% Einstellungen

Hey Leute,
ich hab folgendes Problem:
fast immer wenn ich meinen Laptop hochfahre bekomme ich einen Bluescreen(heißt glaub Stop Fehler)mit "driver irql not less or equal" mit irgeneiner meldung von RTKVHD64.sys
dann startet der pc neu.
google sagt mir dass es sich bei dem fehler wahrscheinlich um nen treiber für die soundkarte handelt.
Zudem ist, wenn der pc dann hochgefahren hat, die cpu auslastung fast konstant bei 100%.
hab auch dazu mal gegoogelt aber keine wirkliche lösung gefunden.
könnte es sein dass der bluescreen fehler vllt. mit der hohen cpu auslastung zusammenhängt?
und wie finde ich denn den namen der soundkarte raus? hab ziemlich sicher ne onboard karte, bzw. könntet ihr mir vllt. den richtigen treiber link schicken?


hab mal nen bild vom task manager gemacht mit den diensten zu der svchost.exe die immer ne sehr hohe cpu auslastung hat, und ein bild vom process explorer(allerdings hab ich hier keine ahnung was der anzeigt kenn mich damit einfach gar net aus)
