This is Novus Ordo communique for Nod32 malicious result for Scut files, and what was being sent in ESET mail's:

Evil intention is a despicable way for ESET to maintain sales !

Thank you for your submission.
The falseposing detection will be removed in our next signature update (4588). The reason it was added into our database as potentially unwanted application (one that needs to be explicitly turned on by our users) is that the level of false positives was beyond the treshold we find acceptable, which thus can be damaging to our users. Should we get any reports from our clients that your software has a negative impact on their PCs, we will reconsider detecting your software again.

You have specialists in security at ESET ?, or you rely on what users said ?
If so, ESET will be sued to the next false-positive which is related to Scut AntiVirus files.
All AV companies were fair-play, but not ESET.
