This message is only to Gdata Staff:

Undoubtedly, gdata 2012 has been released since more than a month ago. We can find the German version for the different products; however, since GDatat TC and Gdata NBS are the most expensive ones in the collection, why have not we received their English versions yet on the British webpage? Moreover, why cannot we see any 2012 software on the Amersican webpage?

Are the English users, especially users of the most expensive products, not important and undeserving any care from you? If this is your policy, you need to remember that customers will leave you shortly due to unequal treatment.

Not everyone is fluent in German. We, as gdata TC and NBS users, use your softwares not to SHOW OFF that we have 2012 vesions but to PROTECT our computers. So, how are we SUPPOSED to do that without understanding the warnings coming from the software?

We do not want to REPEAT the same message with every new release. If we have to, this should be considered as a PULLSHIT SERVICE for English customers, and I should say it is SHAME on you to treat others in this way and to keep us waiting for no reason.

It is unacceptable to say translation takes much time. Is a whole month not enough for that? We accepted your reason, even it wasn't really acceptable for waiting too long time, for the 2011 version delay which was due to your try to integrate the Top Secret tool.

Other companies release their different products with the different languages at the same time. At least they produce their products with the most used languages such as German, English, French, and some others.

I have been browsing the website (http://www.gdatasoftware.co.uk/) since the release date but I found nothing about TC or NBS. So, can you tell me the steps you follow to find the versions. These two versions SHOULD be on the main page. It is still considered an UNACCEPTABLE HUGE mistake from the staff towards us.
