Rokop Security _ Schutzprogramme _ How to Get my Money Back from G DATA Company

Geschrieben von: Blue Sea 06.04.2012, 07:51

Hello,

I purchased GDNBS for two years on March 27th, 2012. However, since I feel uncomfortable with my GDNBS, Could anyone tell me how to get my money back?

Please note that I used my credit card to purchase it and through the GData USA website.

Regards

I have been using GDATA since 2009; however, I got bored of it and I think it is time to try something else, like Avast or Norton.

Thanks for your feedback... sometimes you have to try something different. Avast (my favorite free-av) and Norton are two very good products and run pretty smooth. In the end you always got the option to return to G Data.

I should admit that I loved GData's products; however, they try to ignore some of important inquiries that a customer is eager for their answers. This just distorts the image we have got for GData. Also, if GData is thinking of how to run a business successfully, they need to consider their customers whose languages are not German. Please don't get me wrong my friends. I am here not trying to be offensive. People should feel proud of their own native languages, as German; however, when it comes to business, you need to leave that aside a little time in order to satisfy your customers of major languages. This is what successful companies always do.

In another post, I posted a question of how to reach the English version of GData 2013. I have waiting for a GData representative to give me an answer, but nothing has happened. I am sure he/she had a look at my post over there, and this topic (about getting the money back) but the only thing he/she did was just ignoring.

Believe it or not Gdata is going to lose a lot if they continue sealing with their customers like this way. There are many other companies that are willing to welcome customers and provide them with perfect services.

Kind Regards
